Colleen has been a licensed real estate professional for over 30 years, gaining invaluable experience in both sales and property appraisals. She successfully operated her own appraisal company and continues to be a NYS Licensed Appraiser. With her deep understanding of market trends and property valuation, she provides expert guidance to clients, ensuring they make confident and informed decisions.
She served as a Host for American Dream TV, an Emmy-nominated national show. In that role, she showcased the Southern Adirondacks, highlighting the lifestyle and community of each location. Through interviews with local business owners, she provided valuable insights into the area while promoting the "American Dream" of homeownership. The show also featured local events, activities, and properties to inspire interest in visiting or relocating to the region.
Beyond real estate, Colleen is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She has served three terms as President of the Greater Johnstown Lion’s Club, and is still an active member. She is also a member of 100 Women Who Care ADK Chapter, Fulton County Planning Board, and serves on the **Board of Directors for the Fulton-Montgomery County Regional Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for the St. Mary’s Foundation.
When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, you can find her golfing, traveling, and enjoying the beauty of the Southern Adirondacks with her husband, Joe.

Since that time, Kylie has been a county employee and an employee of New York State, working with children and families. Throughout her 15 years in child welfare, Kylie has continued to purchase, renovate, and sell homes. Currently, she and her husband are renovating their family home.
Kylie has always had a passion for interior design, architecture, and real estate. Kylie’s eye for interior design and experience with home renovations, helps her clients envision the potential in their future home.
Kylie works for Gateway Realty Solutions out of the Mayfield office. Kylie's knowledge and years of experience ensures smooth transactions for her clients.
